Living the Classical Life at the 2021 Awards

Living the Classical Life is an award-winning series of filmed conversational portraits with musical legends, hosted by pianist Zsolt Bognár. Since 2011, the show has traveled the world to bring viewers in close quarters with guests ranging from rising stars to the most preeminent figures in music.

In a special edition of Living the Classical Life, the show travels to Indianapolis to observe the five finalists at the American Pianists Awards in summer of 2021 to have an informal look at the world of piano competitions, centered around a conversation with then-CEO, Joel Harrison. Filmed and produced by Lee Clifford, Daniel McCullough, Amanda Sweet and Zsolt Bognár on location at American Pianists Association.
