A Whirlwind Tour for Kenny Broberg

On break from his teaching position at Reina Sofía School of Music, 2021 American Pianists Awards winner Kenny Broberg returned to the States for a whirlwind week of music-making.

First he joined the Santa Fe Symphony for César Franck’s Symphonic Variations and Ernst Von Dohnányi’s Variations on a Nursery Tune. From there he returned to Indianapolis and spent three days working with music students at University of Indianapolis as part of residency at the school. Rounding our the week was rehearsal with the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and a performance of Schumann’s Piano Concerto in A minor.

Upon completion of this tour, he headed back to Madrid.
